Cardano hires Laura Gilbert as new Group Chief Financial and Risk Officer
The Cardano Group (‘Cardano’), the pensions advisory and investment management specialist, has appointed Laura Gilbert as its Group Chief Financial and Risk Officer.
In this role, Laura will oversee the company’s finance and risk departments, help develop the firm’s strategic direction and engage with key stakeholders. She joins the company on 20 June 2022 and will be based in the London office.
Laura brings more than 20 years of experience in senior finance roles at accounting firms, investment managers and credit management companies. Before joining Cardano, Laura was a Managing Director in Lowell Group, a provider of data analytics, debt purchasing and business process outsourcing.
Prior to joining Lowell, Laura worked at Alliance Bernstein and at PwC, where she attained her qualification as Fellow Chartered Accountant. Laura has an MA from Oxford University in Philosophy, Politics and Economics.
