Cardano promotes Dawn Thirley, Group HR Director, to Partner

Cardano today announces the promotion of Dawn Thirley, Cardano’s Group HR Director, to Partner effective immediately.

Dawn joined Cardano in 2019 to guide the business on all HR aspects and has over 20 years’ experience in Global HR. Before joining Cardano, Dawn held senior HR leadership roles at Old Mutual, Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. Dawn is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and has a particular interest in organisation transformation and change, employee development, culture, engagement and diversity.

Dawn leads the HR function for the Cardano Group, comprising multiple specialists across the brand portfolio. Since joining the organization she has established a collaborative HR function focussed on employee experience, encompassing engagement, wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion. She has also led on the Covid-19 response and planning for the Group.
